Reservation Process

All treatments must be scheduled 24 hours in advance of the appointment request.

When reserving your treatment, please let the guest services representative know if you have a preference for the gender of your therapist and inform us of any health conditions at the time of booking*

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be done a minimum of 24 hours prior to service. If canceled within 24 hours, we will charge 100% of the treatment cost.
