The Spiced Pear Gets a New Addition
We are proud to announce the appointment of Yves Calvert as our new “Food and Beverage Operations Manager”. Mr. Calvert brings with him an exceptional record of service. He has managed four and five star operations throughout his career and has worked at such award winning properties as the Peabody, Beau Rivage, and Fontainebleau to only name a few. Most recently, Yves was Director of Restaurants for “Callaway Gardens and Resort” in Pine Mountain, Georgia. Mr. Calvert will share with us his wealth of experience in the realm of fine dining and continue to deliver the same standards of excellence our Chanler guests have come to expect.
